School-based services
provides services to students to help them to become successful in life,
to promote and assist the connectedness of students and families with communities
and schools, and to provide holistic services that lead to the social, behavioral, and
emotional wellness of students and families.

Community Support Services
Case managers provide intensive services to youth
with severe emotional difficulties. This service supports their families so the youth can stay in the classroom and the
community.
Crisis Intervention/Prevention
Social workers provide individual and on-site intervention and referral services for students and families who are
experiencing personal or family crisis. They also provide short-term prevention groups and class
presentations on topics such as conflict resolution, anger management,
succeeding in school, communication, being kind to others and self-esteem.

School Attendance Program
The objective is to improve school attendance for
students at-risk who have been referred by Hamilton County Juvenile Court.
One-on-one relationships are established with the student and family to best address
the student's individual problems. This nationally recognized program has enjoyed success rates in excess of
75% in improving attendance.
